Nationwide Crisis Response Plan for Digital Crises

Cyberattacks- and incidents are occurring more rapidly and the consequences are increasingly severe. What could happen if those consequences cause societal disruption and social unrest? In cyber crises with significant (cross-)regional impact, The Nationwide Crisis Response Plan for Digital Crises (NCRP Digital) provides the framework for effective cooperation between government, critical service providers and non-critical sectors. The response plan is an information resource, and a guiding document for organisations drafting their own response plans for digital crises. Furthermore, the flexibility of the building block method in the NCRP Digital allows for the creation of training exercise scenarios. Organisations can use this method to improve their own crisis preparedness and ensure effective crisis management when confronted with cyber incidents.
